Composite Fillings
A composite, or tooth-colored, filling is used to restore a decayed, cracked, or fractured tooth. This treatment can be taken care of in one visit. We will remove the decayed or affected portion of the tooth and then fill it with a composite filling.
Inlays & Onlays (Partial Crown)
Inlays and onlays are additional methods for restoring structure to a tooth affected by decay or damage. Inlays are like fillings in function but they are different in structure. Inlays are a solid piece of material cemented to the tooth rather than a composite material packed in to repair a tooth. Onlays are essentially identical to inlays, they just cover a larger portion of the chewing surface. Onlays can be utilized to conservatively repair teeth that have large defective fillings or have been damaged by decay or trauma.
